An entry level workshop for individuals or partners to learn the basics of massage

This introductory massage course is designed for individuals seeking to explore the fundamental techniques of massage therapy.
During the day we will explore basic massage techniques followed by the practical application of a simple back, neck and shoulder routine.
Safe practise, mediums and creating a comfortable environment will also be discussed.
Students should expect to participate and receive hands on massage on the day.
The course is suitable for beginners looking to embark on a journey into the world of massage therapy, as well as for those interested in training further in complementary therapies.
No prior experience is required. By the end of the course, participants will have the foundational skills to perform basic massage techniques and offer relaxation-focused massage on friends and family.
This is an IGCT accredited course but does not count as a qualification to perform professionally as a therapist.

This Body Massage course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both the art and science of massage therapy, while incorporating holistic principles throughout its curriculum. Participants will delve into human anatomy and physiology while also exploring the therapeutic benefits of massage for relaxation, rehabilitation, and overall well-being.
