With a over 30 years of yoga experience, Jenny and Kirsty are dedicated to supporting individuals on their wellness journeys through the Rise Wellness Academy. Our mission is to provide comprehensive training in yoga, tantra, somatics, and trauma-informed practices, ensuring that each participant feels empowered and equipped to navigate their path.
