Rise Academy offers Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga training & IGCT accredited Holistic Therapy Training.

Our primary objective is to take each of our students on a deep exploration of their own wellness journey. Through the teachings of Yoga, Tantra, Somatics, Massage and Holistic Therapies.

With a over 30 years of yoga experience, Jenny and Kirsty are dedicated to supporting individuals on their wellness journeys through the Rise Wellness Academy. Our mission is to provide comprehensive training in yoga, tantra, somatics, trauma-informed practices and holistic therapies, ensuring that each participant feels empowered and equipped to navigate their path.

  • On top of having a combined 30+ years of experience in all levels of Yoga and Holistic therapies. All of our courses are fully accredited by Yoga Alliance and the IGCT for wellness sessions. We are also a fully accredited Coaching School with ACCPH
